个人履历

1994年7年获云南大学半导体物理学博士学位, 2000年1月年获得美国新墨西哥矿业技术学院材料工程硕士学位,2000年1月-2002年8月在美国Paratke Microwave, Inc.担任工程师。2009年8月年获得澳大利亚新南威尔士大学光伏工程博士学位。2009年回国后在隆基-乐叶光伏等数家光伏企业担任技术管理职位,从事晶硅和硅薄膜电池组件的研发和生产管理工作。2015年9月进入厦门大学能源学院太阳能研究所工作。
研发方向

主要的研究领域为高效晶硅电池,包括HIT异质结电池,钙钛矿晶硅叠层高效电池,柔性超薄晶硅电池工艺等以及光伏应用领域的课题。在国际英文期刊发表十余篇文章,在国内外的会议和论坛上多次受邀报告,对光伏行业的技术发展有丰富的经验。
